SOS Approach to Feeding and Swallowing Therapy

What Is the

SOS Approach to Feeding and Swallowing?

The SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding and Swallowing is a research-based therapy designed to help children with feeding difficulties by addressing sensory processing, oral-motor skills, and emotional comfort. Children are never forced to eat and progress through therapy at their own pace in a supportive and pressure-free environment.
